As the owner of Cache Pest Control and a member of the NPMA (National Pest Management Association), I would like to offer my service for your rental property. I offer a wide variety of services from "full" services where your renters may call me anytime to schedule complementary visits as they may need, to "basic" outside-only services. In addition to the basic outside only services I would be more than happy to service the inside of the rental units at a discounted rate scheduled and paid for by the renters at the occupant's convenience. I am willing to work with the pricing and scheduling that would best fit your needs and budget.
